We all have good intentions to exercise and make healthy food choices, but it isn’t always easy and sometimes we just need some guidance and assistance. 

With Anwar you will be guided and supported through this journey, leading you to succeed in achieving your most desired goals.

His bespoke personal training and nutrition programs are created from extensive education and training, using methods designed to achieve and maintain the results you want.

Using his extensive training, Anwar has developed his own systems for initial screenings either in person or online.  The screening is used to analyse movement and posture, as well as goal setting to ensure programs give you what you want as well as what you need.

ONLINE TRAINING

CAN'T GET TO THAILAND?


If you’re not able to train with Anwar in person but still want to get in the best shape of your life, why not try online training?

No matter where you are based in the world, online training is an affordable and easy way to get in shape, lose weight, build muscle and feel great without a crazy diet or long hours in the gym.


Online Training is perfect for people who have it almost right, but need a little fine tuning or those who have hit a plateau.

Physiological adaptation takes 6-8 weeks, so don't expect immediate results.

The online training plan with Anwar will cover 3 months, you can stop at any time, however Anwar suggests a minimum of 3 months to see some real, lasting results.

Your program will be based on specific goals to work on weekly and we will set realistic milestones together to achieve monthly.

When you start an online personal training programme with Anwar you will receive a custom workout programme designed around your lifestyle and specific needs and goals. 

Your unique workout plan will be updated weekly based on your own progress, ensuring you stay on track and keep progressing towards your goals, providing results and avoiding the plateau.


DETAILED WORKOUT VIDEOS + INSTRUCTIONS

One of the hardest parts of starting a new workout and new exercises is not knowing what to do.

Once your workout programme has been designed you will be able to see step by step videos and instructions for all exercises, safe techniques will be covered to avoid unnecessary injuries. 

All content is available online, accessible from anywhere.


SUPPORT + REGULAR PROGRESS CHECK INS

When you start online personal training with Anwar, you are getting support every step of the way through your tailor made package.

As well as a weekly Skype or phone call to discuss the previous week and plan for the week ahead you will be able to ask any questions you might have about your workout or nutrition plan.
